Realize new possibilities. Achieve your full potential. Transform your life.
For over 40 years we have provided expert consulting, counseling, advice, courses, and educational programs to people of all ages who want to know and manifest their own unique potentials in life. Our well-respected work and long-term success are built on the guiding principles of trust, integrity, and service. We consult to schools, colleges, foundations, and policy makers on how to empower people to realize their full potential. We also deliver psycho-educational and educational programs that empower individuals, parents, children, adolescents, and educational professionals to discover their purpose, realize their dreams, and manifest their unique potentials in school, careers, relationships, and life.
We have generated an innovative body of work at the intersection of positive psychology, educational psychology, and human development. Our work has led to a new societal consciousness about the importance of placing mental health and well-being at the center of creating a good and successful life, and it is used in over 50 countries, making mental health and well-being possible throughout the world.

Pioneers of mental health prevention
Our approach is pro-active and preventative in order to build mental health and well-being skills and competencies for a flourishing life. When we say “mental health and well-being,” we are not talking about “fixing” an illness. We are talking about developing frames of mind that can be learned, enhanced, and used to strengthen all aspects of our lives. When you learn and develop your own mental health and well-being competencies, you have important skills to apply to life’s challenges to improve and strengthen your relationships, families, and work places.
Inventors of three research-based and evidence-based best practices
We invented best practices grounded in positive psychology, educational psychology, and human development research:
Integrated Self Model – a framework to deepen your self-knowledge through self-system and positive psychology attributes
Self Across the Curriculum – a pedagogy to teach self-knowledge through school curricula
Success Predictor – an assessment instrument and intervention tool that assists you in creating your life purpose and reaching your full potential
Providers of an alternative to therapy
People often find their needs can be met with the kinds of psycho-educational learning we provide through our courses and programs and they do not necessarily want or need long-term therapy. Our unique difference is that we provide personalized, one-on-one psycho-educational and educational programs, virtual or in-person, which have a pre-determined number of meetings, with a clear beginning and conclusion. Our personalized courses and programs help you reframe your issues and concerns, develop your own life purpose and plans, and achieve your hopes and dreams.
